Startup Virginia and Hatch Kitchen RVA (the new food & beverage incubator located in Manchester) are proud to co-host this upcoming Backstage Pass. Barb Upchurch (The Apple Cart) will facilitate a conversation with three incredible food & beverage-focused, female entrepreneurs based in the Richmond area. Join us for an in-depth discussion on food/beverage innovation and the panelists' journeys to create and grow their Virginia-based businesses. Below you will find the names and a short bio for each speakers of the evening:

Michelle Parrish - Soul n' Vinegar

Soul N' Vinegar is a small neighborhood-prepared food shop located in Church Hill. The shop focuses on providing fresh, delicious foods to the surrounding community at an affordable price and offering "diverse foods for diverse peoples" with an emphasis on healthy and unique options.

Morgan Botwinick - Whisk & Scoop

Whisk is a casual bakeshop for French-inspired pastries, bread, espresso, coffee & sandwiches, plus wine, located in Shockoe Bottom. Scoop is a small-batch ice cream shop located in the Fan.

Katie Williams - Navy Hill Tonic

Navy Hill is line of premium mixers that blend club soda and tonic plus electrolytes. An all natural mixer that is only 15 calories per pour, and looks great on your bar.
